Captioning Action Alert

The NAD has posted an Action Alert -- IDEA June 2003 concerning the risks of lost funds for the Captioned Media Program and local captioning. If only producers and broadcasters would fully shoulder the cost of captioning themselves, Action Alerts like this one would not be necessary.
