Not Medically Necessary

Not Medically Necessary - Last week I called my health insurance company to ask about the possibility of interpreters for my medical appointments. I was told, "NO! No provision of interpreters!" When I asked why, when we have the Americans with Disabiities Act, I was told, "Because they are not medically necessary!"
