VRS Vs. Intepreting Agencies

The other day, an interpreter told me that more and more interpreters are taking jobs with video relay services, making it harder for the traditional interpreting agencies to maintain a good supply of interpreters to meet needs. If you are an interpreter, do you work for a traditional interpreting agency or a video relay service? Why did you choose the interpeting agency or video relay service?
