Tammy Gets a Cochlear Implant - the Decision

It is not every day that someone I know or knew announces to me, "I am going to get a cochlear implant!" Tammy Beaulieu made this announcement to me via an IM recently, and she agreed to let me chronicle her experience on About Deafness.
