Employment Classification for HOH?

I am currently seeking employment on the federal level and I have a moderate to severe bilateral hearing loss and wear two hearing aids as a result. When classifying myself on the application, should I be claiming disabled status even if my hearing aids bring my hearing to within normal levels?
