Deaf Art Gallery Opens at About Deafness/HOH

The Deaf Art gallery is now open at About Deafness/HOH. The first four artworks are posted. Three are by students at a school for the deaf, and they chose interesting themes:

• Deaf Freedom
• Bilingualism
• Beware

I actually had more submissions, but rejected one submission because it was clearly a stolen artwork. If you have original deaf art, with a deaf theme, to submit - as stated before, work by schoolchildren especially welcome - e-mail it as an attachment to me at deafness.guide@about.com. The picture must not be too large - About's size limit is 500 X 500.
