Latino Deaf Peddler on DC Metro

Juanita Garcia has described her experience with a Latino deaf peddler on the DC Metrorail system. Garcia is deaf herself and the parent of deaf kids. She is fairly new to DeafDC.com, but I predict she will quickly become known for her coverage of the Latino deaf perspective.
