Oh too much trouble to get a boyfriend to learn ASL. Why? Oh geez, if we go out social with the hearing peers, I will feel left out if he happens chatting with other hearings. It will not be fair if I teach and teach him to learn ASL while I get no respect from that boyfriend. I will not want to waste my breath or time for teaching a boyfriend to learn ASL! It’s a waste of time!
