“######### Signs: Campaign Against Sign Language” is truly an excellent nonfiction book on the chronicles of systematic campaigns to undermine the use of sign language within the educational facilities of the deaf and deaf community.
I highly recommend this damninng good book for everyone deaf and hearing to read.

The actual title of deaf book I recently mentioned is ” F O R B I D D E N ” Signs: Campaign Against Sign Language.
How interesting about the idiotic filter program within your blog to weed out the words like ” F O R B I D D E N “. I am just quoting the same title of book.
*rolling eyes in disbelief*
The Nanny Net filter program is definitely a tool of online censorship. God helps all of us!

I would strongly recommend Rethinking the Education of Deaf Students: Theory and Practice from a Teacher’s Perspective written by Sue LIvingson (http://eric.ed.gov/ERICWebPortal/Home.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=RecordDetails&ERICExtSearch_SearchValue_0=ED409666&ERICExtSearch_SearchType_0=eric_accno&objectId=0900000b801468b2)
