Icing on the Cake - Broadcast Deaf Films

According to Inside Gallaudet, on March 21 right after the PBS broadcast of "Through Deaf Eyes," the landmark program chronicling deaf heritage, people living in metro DC will get an added treat. There will be a deaf film festival, "Deaf Cinema Showcase," broadcast on the local PBS station.
