Updated Article: Hearing Aid Prices

A licensed hearing aid specialist has sent in some comments for the article on hearing aid prices, which questioned the high cost of hearing aids. His comments make some good points, and the comments were added to the article in their entirety. This article was written long ago in the 1990s and not much has changed since then. (I am aware that there are legislative efforts underway to try to improve the situation.)
