Kathy, I am against Cohlear implant is not natural things in baby’s. I feel that cohlear implant would not beneifit for baby to use it.

Too complications to explaining you and I beleive Parents should wait until one of their deaf children to get implant at 18 yr old and not put implant in behind of baby’s ear. The baby is too young to put implant and will attack of meningitis. It is very serious issues about put a implant into baby’s ear by behind. I against it.

So far I know it is 18-20 babies died from that. I against the doctor should not put a behind surgery on the babies’ behind ear. I feel Doctor is just simple want to earn $$$ alot of money.

Health Insurance should not pay for implant to improve the baby hearing into the hearing world. I born in deaf world!

I am very against the cohlear implant. if hearing people lost their hearing loss. when they are older. Ok to put their implant .. but for babies should not put until 18 yr old they can help deaf when they are getting older.

Late 1980’s most cohlear implant. some deaf people was force by their parent to put their hearing behind. Most it is not good implant caused their balance and sick and queasy stomach if they have not remove it.
Sick alot of old cohlear implant were not the best in late 1980’s.
Today it getting better than 1980’s. It is your choice.
Several deaf people lost hearng loss after removed the colhear implants. Their lost hearing loss. Some in way, they are disappointed to not able to hearing again after removed old cohlear implants.
