MRSA in Ear Has Man Thinking Suicidal Thoughts

Chrissy posted a response to a previous blog posting, MRSA in the Ear?. She writes that her husband has MRSA in his ear and it is making him so miserable that he wants to kill himself. This topic continues to get comments; it makes me wonder how common MRSA in the ear is. Coincidentially, today CNN.com had a report about how antibiotic-resistant MRSA is increasing in children.
