Snap!VRS and Viable Union - Threatened?
Thursday November 26, 2009
According to the Gazette, a Maryland newspaper, the planned union of Snap!VRS and Viable may not happen because of the recent VRS indictments. The Gazette goes on to quote Snap!VRS as saying it was "disappointed at the magnitude" of the fraud. The article also has additional details on how the scheme worked.

Holy cow! I was stunned when I read John Yeh’s email to Larry Berke. John wrote: “Your calls should look good — not too perfect and too long hours. Important not raise ‘red flag’ for FCC to see it. Understand me?”
Very damaging evidence!
Holy mackerel! He stole $50 million dollars! Two years ago, he had funds to provide one contractual work to one small deaf-owned business. Later he changed his mind and assigned this project to his in-house staff. Not only that he mentioned that he had “alot of leads” for more contractual work but nothing happened. He was not helping us at all even most people had mentioned that he was very generous. So greedy. It’s just beyond my comprehension as those crook deaf people (and hearing too) really hurt the newly VRS industry that could affect many VRS users. So pathetic!
I just realized that John was not who I thought he was… caring, kind and compassion. Appearances can be deceiving!
DAVID, I AGREE WITH YOU THAT JOHN YEH’S MEMO WAS THE BIG HIT. FCC IS NOT STUPID BECAUSE IT HAS BEST LAWYER AND CPA ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS. THE PROBLEM IS JOHN’S LACK OF EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL BUSINESS PLANNING TO KEEP VV RUNNING IN THE LONG TERM. HE SHOULD HIRE DEAF AND HH AND HEARING PEOPLE WITH FINANCIAL PLANNING PROFESSION INSTEAD OF KAPPA GAMMA AND PKZ PEOPLE. I AM A DEAF RETIREE OF WELLS FARGO BANK FOR THIRTY YEARS. I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE VV FRAUD THAT IS VERY OBLIVIOUS.
