Are you an adult child of deaf parents? If so, Children of Deaf Adults is there for you!

Every year, CODA holds a conference. Previous conference proceedings can be ordered from CODA. There are also local and regional events. CODA has a calendar. Or, contact local and international chapters.

CODA has an internet newsletter, the CODA Internet Connection and a paper newsletter, the CODA Connection. Archives of the CODA Internet Connection are available online. Plus, CODA has an email discussion list, Mother_Father_Deaf.

Some CODAs have even written books and made films about their experiences. A bibliography and a video, "Passport Without a Country," is available from CODA.

The organization is so large that it offers a college scholarship, the Millie Brother Scholarship, to hearing children of deaf parents.

Are you a CODA? You can tell your story to About Deafness/HOH.
