Sign language fonts can be downloaded from the web and installed on your computer. What can you do with the sign language fonts? Some ideas:
  • "Write" on the computer.
  • Use for creative art projects.
The presently available sign language fonts can be downloaded from multiple websites. Fonts are available for both Windows-based PCs and the Macintosh. If you are not in the United States, Britain, or France, you can make your own sign language font using font-making software. About's guide to Desktop Publishing has a list of font creation software. Tutorials for creating your own fonts are also available online. One such tutorial is available at Chank.com.
