Writing is an excellent way for deaf and hard of hearing people to express themselves and their feelings about having hearing loss. Stories, autobiographies, and poems have been submitted by About Deafness visitors. (Teachers and parents are encouraged to submit work by deaf students). To submit a story, autobiography, or poem send an e-mail to deafness.guide@about.com.
