Why should you care? Especially if you are a Gallaudet graduate? You should care because whomever is selected to be the president of Gallaudet University is not just representing a college for deaf students, they are representing literally the entire deaf and hard of hearing community. Gallaudet University is very often the first exposure to deafness and hearing loss for the hearing world...around the world.
